In order to promote customer satisfaction, NGA International Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an auction or sale, and to refund our services in the following cases:

  • If the customer provides a valid reason to request a refund within the refund period set at 7 days from the award;
  • If the customer provides a valid and accredited report regarding fraudulent or unauthorised charges;
  • In order to comply with credit card industry regulations, Payza terms of service, the law and requests from law enforcement or judicial system agents;
  • For any other reason which NGA International Ltd. deems appropriate.

If the refund is approved by NGA International Ltd., the money for the requested transaction is returned to the customer in full. Refunds will only be credited to the account that was used at the time of purchase.



Customers who request a series of refunds, or who do so repeatedly, may be banned from making new purchases using NGA International Ltd. Services. Customers who violate the terms of use of a product may be denied the possibility of requesting a refund for that product.


This Returns Policy is part of, and incorporated in, the NGA International Ltd. Terms and Conditions. As a prerequisite for registering with NGA International and using the NGA International Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Returns Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Returns Policy, or any part of it, you can choose to stop using the NGA International Services and to close your account. However, please note that all transactions that occurred before the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled entirely by the terms of this Returns Policy.
